Summary

Responsible in assisting Engineer for coordinating the daily task of EC Management via internal systems such as PDV, SAP, Spectrum Pro/Cellfusion and Customer system requirement such as MY LAM and SNG. Responsible to maintain Monthly ECO Key Performance Indicators and Weekly EC release data. Responsible to present in the Weekly ECN Con-Call for Johor Site to Customer/Site Coordinate and guarantee proper implementation of internal or external ECN. Monitor all phases of an ECN implementation, from receiving the request from the customer, to validate change impacts, confirm requirements with all functions and gather approvals before implementation. Manage and responsible for customer AML and its accuracy in SAP.

Detailed Description

• To prepare template for new BOM and BOM update and task to Product Data Management (PDM).
• To monitor the MM submission changes successful updated in system.
• To Maintain the Input Placement for all Planning Assembly release base on site Manufacturing Engineer decision.
• To task PDM on the depletion date as per EC meeting decision.
• To verify the completeness and accuracy of the BOM & EC’s bridging to SAP.
• To maintain BOM routing and Component Allocation in SAP.
• To re-refresh the routing for every MIP going to release.
• To execute any new project enhancement such as Auto Sort string and Auto BOM Template.
• Comply with any additional assignment and when assigned by superior.
• Maintain 100% BOM accuracy.
• Manage effectivity dates for BOM in SAP in conjunction with planning.

Education/ Experience Requirements

• Diploma is required. Engineering Or equivalent years of experience (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Experience and/or understanding of BOM multi-level structure.
• Basics of Supply Chain. MRP and MPS.
• Must have excellent analytical skills with a good work ethic and verifiable track record.
• Advanced PC skills, proficient in Excel and SAP.
• Good communication skill (verbal and written).

Physical Demands

• Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
• Duties require extended periods of sustained visual concentration on detailed documentation and product assemblies.
• Duties of the position require periodic light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motions, sitting in confined workspaces, using tools and equipment, and moving and handling materials.
• Duties may require periodic heavy manual effort including lifting objects over 20 pounds.
