Detailed Description

Perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • The incumbent will work as part of manufacturing team and perform Industrial Engineering work in time study, line balancing, layout and optimization improvement.
  • Study the overall line capacity, optimize manpower requirement and equipment needed for line.
  • Able to manage and lead improvement project related to IE topic and lean activity.
  • Participate in NPI and support IE related topic until mass production.
  • Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Proven record of successful project implementation and leading improvement activities.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
