Leadership Skills

SW Engineering skills:

  • Be able to build and lead a high-performing, diverse SW team with skill sets such as platform SW development(multiple layers of the development stack), Design architects
  • Leader must have a strong foundation in development environments based on Agile and CI/CD methodologies
  • Must have a data-centric approach to SW quality tracking, monitoring and enhancements.
  • Must be a champion of automation and test-driven development.
  • Develop and maintain end to end software lifecycle process, in partnership with key stakeholders
  • May need to interface with Sales, account and direct customer engagements.
  •  

 

Career profile

  • Bachelors or Master degree in EE, CS, or CE;
  • More than 15 years of working experience on server /switch /storage products;
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a SW Director role, with strong expertise in product design and development (including software test and validation).
