Detailed Description:

Principal activities to this position: 
Will be a strong voice of Celestica into the Cardinal organization

Administrative resource to be in contact with external customer service team. 
Receipt of units that do not have an RMA
Receipt of units that have an RMA, but the serial number does not match
Sorting out problems with outbound shipments to customers thru customer team
Sending email to the customer regarding resolution of issues
Coordinating and communicating with the CMX team and the customer on logistics issues (shipping, unit serial numbers, etc.)
Entry of information into the eDHR regarding units
Searching in the eDHR for the location of a unit or the status of an RMA
