The successful candidate to the Graduate Development Program will join a team of highly skilled engineering professionals that focus on design and development of leading edge technologies for board and system level design projects. This will include computer server/storage systems, communication/networking systems that are in development.  The successful candidate will use their technical background in engineering to design products from development to manufacture.
Candidates will work under the mentorship of a senior engineer in one of the following disciplines;
Power Engineering - Working with a team of engineers to design, implement, and support power system solutions for networking, storage & server systems and related products. In this position you will help develop hardware power solutions to be integrated into common platform designs including processors, high speed serial interfaces, NPUs, FPGAs, High speed memory (DDR4/DDR5) and high-speed PCB layout. You will work with design, software/firmware, mechanical and thermal engineers. 
Mechanical Engineering - Working in a team of mechanical engineers to develop and design mechanicals for both board and system level design projects. This will include computer server/storage systems, communication/networking systems that are in development. You will use your education in mechanical engineering to design products from development to manufacture.
Hardware Design Engineering - As a member of the design and development group, you will perform feasibility analysis, develop hardware architecture, write hardware design documents, develop schematics for new products, assist in new design bring-up and sustain current products.  
Thermal Engineering - Working in partnership with hardware and software architects, designing robust thermal solutions to meet product specifications. The successful candidate will conduct thermal simulation analysis from board to system level to verify thermal feasibility / risk. 
Signal Integrity Engineering - Playing a critical role in planning of digital PCB designs, simulation, lab verification and troubleshooting signal integrity issues. Working on High Speed Signal Delivery Design and Evaluation. This includes both signal integrity within a PCB and off the board (board to board connectors, ribbon cables, coaxial cable, etc.).

  • Provide design and development feedback on projects and schedules

  • Introductory knowledge and understanding of the design process for systems and printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or other related company products
  • Knowledge of industry and quality standards and SPC methodologies
  • Knowledge of design engineering (e.g., analog circuit design, digital circuit design, digital integrated circuit design, etc.) for systems and printed circuit boards
  • Knowledge of IT platforms, database design and programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control methods and techniques
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems

Typical Education:    
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (graduated within the last 6 months)


Occasional overnight travel is required
