Detailed Description:

  • Work with sales, business team and customers to understand customer technical and program requirements.
  • Develop the product strategy including investment plan, time to market, product differentiation/competencies with stakeholders
  • Manage product line commonality, product configuration, product changes, product launch, product lifecycle and product quality
  • Support product marketing and presales activities
  • Coordinate resources between competencies (engineering, manufacturing, Sourcing/SCM and other departments) to drive the implementation of product features/requirements.
  • Drive highly visible troubleshooting efforts to solutions, under possible stressful circumstances.
  • Conduct and/or participate in brainstorming sessions to identify creative ideas and unique solutions
  • Participates in the analysis of risk as part of Risk Management activities as applicable.
  • Maintains/improves existing product designs and mfg in support of sustaining activities.
  • Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by supervisor and management.
  • Drive excellent customer satisfaction by understanding and over-delivering against Customer expectations.
  • Be willing to travel when in need.



Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • 5+ years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in communication, networking, computer science, or related technical field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong engineering knowledge in the field of switching, router or telecommunication products and application cases
  • Experience in hardware design and development and understanding of complex concepts related to architecture, design engineering, reliability, prototyping and failure analysis.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and program management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards
  • Experience in a “customer facing” environment.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • International culture awareness, ability to communicate and collaborate within global team.
