About this opportunity: We are looking for an IT Internal Audit intern to join our Toronto office for a 16 month internship beginning in May 2019. The successful candidates should be in an Information Technology Program with business acumen. This position would be ideal for someone with an interest in cyber security and networking.

 

As this position involves work that is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP), your employment offer is conditional upon the successful completion of a security assessment by Celestica and/or its authorized agents, per the Controlled Goods Regulations.

  • Experience working with data extraction (spreadsheets, macros) would be an asset

 

Activities:

  • Participate in and support IT audits, IT Security or compliance programs such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) which is critical to Celestica’s business success
  • Collaborate with supervisor to provide critical evidence for internal and external audits
  • Perform audit tasks, monitoring of processes and help enable improvements
  • Liaise with Global SAP Security team, internal audit and IT team to ensure IT Compliance

Education: Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies.

This role is ideal for students who are enrolled in an Information Technology program with business acumen.
