Caring for our customers, communities and colleagues is at the heart of our culture.
Over the past decade, we have raised more than $12.5 million for the United Way in Canada, and millions more for other charities around the world. But it’s more than financial contributions.
Collectively, our employees contribute thousands of hours of their time every year toward important causes. Through our Time Off to Volunteer program, Celestica employees can take up to 16 hours per year to volunteer in their communities. Employees volunteered 12,265 hours of their time in 2022.
