The program gave me a unique experience with opportunities to learn from colleagues and leaders across finance. It’s a great foundation for professional development as I was able to build my technical, business and leadership skills in a short timeframe.
Yaya Zhao - Internal Audit Analyst
My rotation with Internal Audit gave me the opportunity to travel to Celestica’s manufacturing sites in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Thailand. I was able to learn first-hand about operations and work with site leaders to recommend process and control improvements.
