Detailed Description

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Liderar el proceso APQP: Coordinar las 5 fases de la Planeación Avanzada de la Calidad del Producto para asegurar lanzamientos sin defectos y a tiempo.
  • Gestión y Sumisión de PPAP: Desarrollar, compilar y validar los 18 elementos del PPAP (niveles 1 al 5) para su presentación y aprobación ante el cliente (PSW).
  • Análisis de Riesgos: Moderar y revisar los AMEF de Proceso (PFMEA) y asegurar su total alineación con los Diagramas de Flujo y Planes de Control (Prototipo, Prelanzamiento y Producción).
  • Validación Estadística: Realizar e interpretar estudios de habilidad de proceso (SPC: Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) y análisis de sistemas de medición (MSA: Gage R&R).
  • Enlace con el Cliente: Actuar como el punto de contacto técnico con el cliente para la resolución de dudas de calidad durante los lanzamientos y la carga de documentación en sus portales específicos.
  • Solución de Problemas: Coordinar acciones correctivas (8Ds, 5 Whys) en caso de desviaciones o rechazos durante la etapa de validación.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Perfil Requerido 
    • Dominio de Core Tools (Certificación deseable): Experiencia comprobable en APQP, PPAP, FMEA (AIAG-VDA), SPC y MSA.
    • Lectura Técnica: Conocimiento sólido de GD&T (Tolerancias Geométricas y Dimensionales) e interpretación de planos.
    • Sistemas de Calidad: Conocimiento sólido de la norma ISO 9001.
    • Software: Manejo de Minitab (u otro software estadístico) y paquetería Office avanzada.
    • Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado - Capaz de mantener conversaciones técnicas con clientes
    • Fuerte enfoque en la atención al detalle y organización.
    • Habilidad de negociación y comunicación asertiva (trato directo con clientes internos y externos).
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestión de proyectos (respeto a fechas de entrega/milestones).

Typical Experience

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de calidad de lanzamientos o ingeniería de calidad (preferentemente sector metal mecanica o manufactura avanzada)

Typical Education

  • Educación: Ingeniería en Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o carrera afín.
