What you'll do:

  • Troubleshooting and repair: Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues on our high-speed automated assembly machines.

  • Preventative maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.

  • Equipment management: Lead the installation, setup, and refurbishment of manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient operations.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential problems and drive continuous improvement.

  • Continuous improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.

  • Efficiency projects: Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing code upgrades for enhanced automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience in electronics/mechanics/mechatronics.
