We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator. Your next challenge will be to become responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound transportation and supporting the daily operations of warehouse teams across two locations. Reporting to the SCM Manager, this role focuses on ensuring efficient logistics and contributing to effective team performance.

 

Detailed Description

Your day- to-day activities will include…

  1. Transportation coordination: Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Warehouse support: Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, kitting, and dispatch processes, under the guidance of team leads.
  3. Team collaboration: Work closely with and support the warehouse teams and team leads.
  4. Process improvement contribution: Participate in identifying and suggesting improvements to transportation and warehouse processes.
  5. Performance tracking assistance: Assist in tracking KPIs for transportation and warehouse operations.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

What do we expect from you?

  • 3-5 years of experience in transport coordination and warehouse operations.
  • Experience working within warehouse teams.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven experience using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
