Detailed Description

AI based solution development: Build solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG for advanced knowledge retrieval and generation. Orchestrate complex agentic workflows and integrate AI-based tools.

Automation Excellence: Develop and maintain high-quality scripts and tools, primarily in Python. Design, create, maintain, and support diverse in-house frameworks and applications, delivering innovative and scalable solutions that solve key business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Python with a passion for automation. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate custom AI-based tools and APIs to extend model capabilities and automate tasks. Expertise in developing RAG systems and leveraging LLMs for context-aware, grounded AI applications.
• Solid understanding of core computing concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise deploying and managing AI/ML workloads on major cloud platforms (e.g., Google Vertex AI). 
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes 

Physical Demands

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. 
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

10 to 13 years of relevant work experience.
