Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert-level technical support of manufacturing engineering initiatives, including process, industrial, quality, and development engineering efforts;

  • To assist the Manager in coordinating the activities of the project to ensure schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.

  • To be responsible for understanding and implementing the customer’s technical roadmap and related development projects;

  • To understand and provide feedback on customer’s technical requirements to team members;

  • To adhere to the development schedule provided by high-level experts;

  • To provide data analysis reports on the related areas after solution/improvement;

  • Managing project risk and issues and making decision that benefits the project.

  • Managing the spare part (current or upgrade part)

  • Responsible for production 5S, safety & health.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

  • Implement knowledge in NPI, Process Control Plan, FMEA, DOE, 8D, CAPA & SPC skills, CPK, RNR, Control Plan, Control Limit, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, and PLC

  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DBs)

  • Knowledge of inspection tools is an advantage

  • Able to hand on process-related issues and provide analysis solutions

  • Able to handle multitasking. Systematic job load assignments to subordinates

  • Trained and understand working procedures

  • Good communication and interpersonal skillset

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seelong,Senai.
