Summary
Customer Program Management Specialist – Drive Customer Success and Operational Excellence
Join our team as a Customer Program Management Specialist, where you will be the key liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring seamless program execution and driving both revenue and profitability. You’ll be responsible for managing smaller customer accounts and ensuring product deliveries and projects stay on schedule.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, managing day-to-day activities to ensure timely deliveries and program success.
- Coordinate regular program meetings with customers and internal teams to track progress and provide status updates.
- Manage current and planned programs, with guidance, to achieve planned revenue goals.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory impacts due to order changes and manage performance reporting for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and supply chain management (SCM).
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing, product pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience motivating teams to meet production goals.
Typical Experience / Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
