Summary

The Logistics Specialist will manage and optimize the daily end-to-end logistics operations for CJH CE. This role is responsible for overseeing all inbound shipments (components, raw materials, or finished goods) and outbound distributions (to distributors, retailers, or end consumers). The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, regulatory compliance, and provide data-driven insights through regular performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in handling both inbound and outbound logistics. Experience in the Consumer Electronics (CE) or fast-moving tech sector is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Zero to two years of relevant experience.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
