As the FP&A Manager, you will bridge the gap between shop-floor operations and corporate financial goals. You will move beyond "the numbers" to tell the story of why variances happen and how we fix them.
Key Responsibilities (Strategic Focus)
- Business Partnership: Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Site General Manager and Operations Directors, translating operational activity into financial impact.
- P&L Ownership: Orchestrate monthly and quarterly forecast cycles with a focus on predictive analytics, shifting the site from historical reporting to forward-looking strategy. owns and drive the financial performance of the site
- Cost Transformation: Architect and execute cost-productivity projects. This role doesn't simply "validate" savings; it actively unearths new opportunities for margin expansion.
- Leadership & Talent Cultivation: Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, focusing on professional development to build a robust "Succession Bench" for Celestica’s global finance organization.
- Inventory & Capex Strategy: Oversee intricate inventory management protocols and support rigorous ROI analysis for capital expenditures on cutting-edge manufacturing lines.
What We Are Looking For (The "Must-Haves"):
- Financial Expertise in Manufacturing: Candidates must possess a minimum of 8–10 years of Finance experience, including at least 5 years strictly within a Manufacturing and Multi-National Corporation (MNC) environment.
- Business partnership: the positions requires strong communication skills and the ability to proactively provide recommendations and influence site's decisions
- Proven Leadership: This role requires a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams. The ideal candidate is a leader who prioritizes coaching and mentorship rather than solely acting as a technical "super-user" of Excel.
- ERP & Systems: This position demands proficiency in ERP and a proactive approach to process automation. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI is an advantage.
