OVERVIEW:
Reliable and dedicated person wheres can work independently with the ability to grasp and apply new procedures organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt readily to new challenges.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate New Products Developments PCBA, Cable harness, mechanical assembly and box assembly.
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required procedures.
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
- Drive E2E product yield improvement. Troubleshoot and analyse for root causing and corrective action.
- Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures, BOM review, develop process flow and prepare work instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Mechanical engineering or related science and engineering degree is required.
- Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountability may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning process.
- Understanding IPC 610 and J-STD standard requirement.
- Immediate computer skills (excel, powerpoint & word ).
- Understanding of PFMEA and DoE in determining the variables.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and six sigma tools a plus.
- Knowledge of SPC is a plus.
- Advanced decision making and problem solving skills
