Summary
PCB Suppliers Quality is responsible for dealing with the three major phases of Quality Management - Quality Planning/Prevention, Corrective Action, and Continues Improvement. PCB Suppliers Quality will process/procedure and maintain a continuous flow of high-quality products to our customers.

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently, and take effective actions on time
- Work with supplier for non-conforming materials disposition (Incoming & Manufacturing) and follow up FA/RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action)
- Work with suppliers for SCAR for the containment action, problem root cause identification and corrective action.
- Disposition of the deviation permit requests.
- Minimize high aging, high value for MRB inventory.
- EC (Engineering Change), SPCN (Supplier Process Change Notification) coordination for the response commodity.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) Request.
- Lead process/product/system/supplier audit and improvement actions follow up; e.g., Industry standards (e.g. ISO), Compliance audit, Safety audit etc.
- Supporting New Product Development: Ensuring supplier readiness for new product launches.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Knowledge of industry (PCB process with Non-Complexity & High-Complexity)
- Knowledge of PCB Design and Manufacturing: A strong understanding of PCB design, manufacturing processes and related technologies is essential.
- Working experiences from PCB factory in quality engineering or process engineering or NPI development engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCB industry standard such as IPC-A-600, IPC-6012
- Knowledge of Quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, 6 Sigma, SPC, 8D methodology/ PDCA-FTA report, Internal/External Audit Skill, etc.
- Knowledge of Quality standards and system (ISO9001, TL9000, ANSI/ESD S20.20, ISO17025, ISO27001, ISO/TS16949, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Typical Experience
- At least 8-year experiences in the Electronics industry, preferrably PCB manufacturing companies.
- Working experiences from PCB factory in quality engineering or process engineering or NPI development engineering is preferred.
- Work experienced in SQE handle electronics components from other CMs or work as SQE/QE/PE/NPI/R&D experiences from electronics parts manufacturers.
Typical Education
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or related field consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
