Job Summary:

        The Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets and employees.   The Security Supervisor may also act on behalf of Security Manager to manage and/or implement security protocols related to physical security, logistic and supply chain security, security audit, security awareness training and security incident response. 


Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Responsible to assist Security Manager in the supervision of Security System. CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm System and Metal Detectors. 
•    Responsible to take care of security system new installation, preventive maintenance and periodically calibration.
•    Assist Security Manager on the project support related to Physical Security.
•    Review and update all security standards and documents periodically.
•    Co-investigate the security incident with all concerned departments.
•    Responsible to monitor Security System and equipment. CCTV, Access Control, Alarm System and Walk-Through/Hand-Held metal detector for good functioning and immediately response for all system failures.
•    Review and update access authorization periodically for the restricted areas under Physical Security.
•    Responsible to security incidents and report.
•    Prepare and conducts Security Awareness Training for new hires both employees and subcontractors. 
•    To be the backup and support Security Manager during the Security Audit both internal and external by Customers and Global Security i.e. C-TPAT, AEO and ISO 27001 Audit.
•    Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly report to Security Manager. 
•    Responsible for Key Management System. 
•    Maintain all site security standards compliance. 
•    Support the project team regarding security control and system installation.
•    Perform task as per assigned by Security Manager.

 
Qualifications Required:

•    Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Engineering is an advantage.
•    Good written and verbal English communication skills.
•    3-5 years of security experience in Manufacturing
•    Direct experience in Physical Security i.e. CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm System and Walk-Trough / Hand-Held Metal Detector. 
•    Familiar with security system installation connected with IT network. 
•    Knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
•    Good management and supervisory skills.
•    Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
•    Ability to review and update the policy and procedure documents 


Preferred Experience:

•    Military or Law Enforcement experience is an advantage. 
•    Experience in Security Audit i.e. C-TPAT, AEO and ISO 27001.
•    Have the knowledge of Logistic and Supply Chain Security.
•    Direct experience with Access Control System management software.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Software.
•    Experience in electronics manufacturing security.
