Summary
The Middle End Process Engineer is responsible of the implementation and improvement of the middle end processes focused in productivity, yield and scrap reduction, in charge of NPI for the middle end process, interact with multiple customers and team works.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
· Hands on experience, process qualification, develop and process control, root cause analysis and problem solution on middle end processes + 5years:
- Depanel process (Router machine, pizza cutter, pneumatic):fixture development, programming and adjustment for router machines
- Selective solder: pallet design, programming, solder profile development, PM
- Wave solder: pallet design, parameters setting, solder profile development. PM
- PCBA cleaning process
- Component preform: tooling development
- Press fit: tooling design, parameter setting
- Axial, radial & pin insertion machines
- Conformal coating: pallet design, parameters setting, programming machine
· In-depth knowledge of quality standards
· Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
· Strong knowledge of statistical process control methods and techniques and apply for yield, scrap and process improvement.
· Ability to evaluate results and recommend solutions to improve the process.
· Knowledge in develop of process flow, FMEA and Control plan.

Physical Demands
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Typical Experience
- +5 years of related experience in similar job roles
Typical Education
Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
