Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Supply Chain Process Excellence SCRM, MVP and SLM to support process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational data execution across localized electronics manufacturing workflows. In this role, you will act as a tactical lead for specific process improvement initiatives, focusing on eliminating process bottlenecks, supporting standard work execution, and maintaining operational scorecards.
Detailed Description
Key Responsibilities
Tactical Process Standardization & Execution: Support the rollout and execution of the global Supply Chain Process Excellence Framework by conducting routine evaluations of standard work across Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Supply Line Management (SLM), and Material Value Proposition (MVP), ensuring process governance stays aligned with leading industry practices. Map localized electronics manufacturing workflows—including component change orders, inventory rebalancing protocols, and routine supplier interactions.
Execute periodic workflow assessments to uncover operational bottlenecks and drive team adherence to established process standards.
Continuous Improvement & Project Delivery:Lead targeted Lean Six Sigma, SIPOC workshops, and Kaizen events to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce cycle times, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and streamline cross-functional integration across plant and enterprise departments.
Benefit Realization & Value Tracking: Collaborate with cross-functional Finance and Site Operations teams to establish baseline metrics, validate operational efficiency gains, and measure financial benefit realization across all local initiatives.
Project Governance & Backlog Execution: Drive disciplined project management execution across the CI portfolio, maintaining project timelines, managing task dependencies, and delivering concise monthly status updates to leadership.
Digital Transformation, Analytics & Tooling EvaluationSoftware Improvement & Application Evaluation:
Identify operational tool gaps and partner with IT and external vendors to evaluate, test, and implement market-ready software solutions or workflow automation tools to advance SCRM, SLM, and MVP capabilities.
KPI Framework Development & Execution: Design, standardize, and govern operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards across all three process pillars to detect supply variances, evaluate risk exposure, and track value creation.
Advanced Power BI & ERP Integration: Extract, validate, and architect data models from SAP and Oracle ERP systems to build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, eliminating manual data handoffs and accelerating time-to-insight for operational teams
Functional Support & Stakeholder EnablementCross-Functional Capability Building
Act as a hands-on continuous improvement partner across cross-functional plant, procurement, and site leadership teams to embed standard work and operational governance.
SOP Delivery & Process Training: Train operational staff and key stakeholders on updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standard work guidelines, and digital tools across SCRM, SLM, and MVP processes.
Stakeholder Alignment & Action Tracking: Facilitate cross-departmental coordination, tracking action items and critical milestones across operational project streams to ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operational process improvement roles.

Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data ( Excelm SAP, RR ) along with intermediate to advanced skills in Power BI.

Analytical Ability: Strong skills in quantitative analysis, data validation, and basic cost-benefit modeling.
