Sumar: oferă suport tehnic după necesitățile producției și efectueză periodic întreținerea preventivă a echipamentelor din aria de producție.

 

Responsabilități

  • Preia/predă schimbul de la/ către colegii săi, informându-se cu privire la starea echipamenteleor și de stadiul de reparații dacă e cazul;
  • Se ocupă de trimiterea raportului de schimb cu intervențiile făcute, de problemele apărute și statusul reparațiilor;
  • Acționează în vederea minimizării timpilor de oprire a echipamentelor datorate problemelor ivite în toate ariile de proces;
  • Are responsabilitatea de generarea acțiunilor corective sau de îmbunătățire în limita competenței;
  • Realizează verificarea și pregătirea pentru procesele de producție a tuturor dispozitivelor, asigurând o bună functionalitate a acestora;
  • Se ocupă de furnizarea tuturor informațiilor, datelor cerute pentru un proces specific;
  • Asigură suport în funcție de necesitățile producției;
  • Are responsabilitatea de menținere a standardelor 5S în linia de producție în zona de responsabilitate a echipamentelor;
  • Realizează activități de curățare și întreținere a echipamentelor de lucru pe care le utilizează;
  • Setează echipamentele pentru următorul produs - escaladează problemele din linie către superiorul direct;
  • Responsabil de schimbarea consumabilelor la nevoie; și operarea echipamentelor specifice;
  • Validează și verifică echipamentele din linie înainte de începerea producție sau în timpul acesteia;
  • Va adopta un comportament în conformitate cu valorile companiei, Codului de Conduită şi Regulamentului Intern

 

Cerințe: 

  • Studii medii (profil electronică, electrotehnică), sau o combinație echivalentă de studii și experientă în domeniu;
  • Experienţă în muncă domeniul EMS de 1 an constituie avantaj;
  • Cunoșițe solide de operare PC
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză nivel mediu
  • Bună organizare în activitățile zilnice
