Sumar

Activitati administrative - intocmirea pontajelor, gestionarea fisierelor de prezenta pentru angajatii din productie.

Descriere detaliata

-Verificarea zilnica a pontajelor atat pentru angajatii permanenti cat si pentru temporari in TrueHR;
- Ruleaza saptamanal raportul cu lipsa norma si face corectiile in sistemul TrueHR;
- Programeaza angajatii din productie la vizitele medicale periodice;
- Reglarea exceptiilor pe baza informatiilor obtinute de la Shift Production Manager si/ sau HR Business
Manager;
- Operarea transferurilor de ore pe alte linii in TrueHR, cand e cazul;
- Mentinerea programului individual de lucru al angajatilor in TrueHR;
- Gestionarea orelor suplimentare in cazul in care acestea se iau liber si nu se platesc;
- Inchiderea lunara a pontajelor si transmiterea lor pe email catre agentii, electronic si hardcopy semnate de
managerul de productie catre HR;
- Asigura acuratetea informatiilor introduse in sistemul de pontaj;
- Preiau recomandarile pentru angajare le introduce in fisierul de pe drive si apoi le predau la resurse umane;
- Colectarea, verificarea si inregistrarea documentelor justificative pentru pontaj (cereri de concediu, certificate de
concediu medical,invoiri etc.);
- Verificarea referatelor primite si transmiterea la HR;
- Preda la HR documentele primite de la angajati si le transmite catre Filehold: carti de identitate, certificate de
nastere copil, certificate de casatorie, documente de divort, etc in vederea actualizarii dosarului de personal;
- Completeaza rapoartele de absenteism, prezenta zilnica si lunara;

-Interfata administrativa intre angajatii din productie si alte departamente, inclusiv HR: preia solicitarile angajatilor,

  le transmite catre HR/GBS HR si inmaneaza angajatilor documentele, anuntarea telefonica a operatorilor despre

  schimbarea programului de lucru (anularea/ reprogramarea schimburilor, Overtime) si schimbarea traseelor

  autobuzelor; completarea documentelor pentru deduceret; planificarea pentru interviurile angajatilor

  directi, pregatire documente pentru angajare;

*Contractul individual de munca este pe o perioada determinata de 1 an.

-limba engleza- nivel de baza
- corectitudine si onestitate
- abilitati de comunicare
- abilitati de operare PC: Excel, Word
- lucru in echipa

Educatie/Experienta

Studii medii sau o combinație echivalentă de studii si experiență constituie avantaj;
