I. Sumar
- asigurarea suportului tehnic pentru echipamentele automatizate customizate (denumite generic roboti);
- diagnosticarea si rezolvarea defectelor care apar in functionaarea acestor roboti.
II. Cerintele postului:
- Studii si calificari:
- studii medii (Electrotehnica, Electronica, Automatizari sau Calculatoare).
- Experienta:
- de preferat experienta de minim 2 ani intr-un domeniu tehnic.
- Abilitati/Aptitudini:
- cunostinte generale despre procesul de productie in Celestica;
- cunostinte generale despre standardele ISO9001, ISO 18001, ISO 14001.
- cunostinte genetrale despre standardele de acceptabilitate a fabricatiei PCBA (IPC-A-610).
- cunostinte operare PC – Ms Office;
- abilitati asamblare si depanare mecanica si automatica;
- Citirea/ intelegerea diagramelor electrice, electronice, de automatizare, pneumatice, mecanice;
- cunostinte limba engleza - nivel mediu;
- abilitati de lucru in echipa;
- bine organizat.
III. Principalele sarcini si responsabilitati ale postului:
- Asista la montajul si punearea in functiune a robotilor noi, in vederea realizarii ulterioare a documentatiei, planului de mentenanta preventiva si de reparatie;
- Asigură funcţionalitatea robotilor pe parcursul procesului de producţie şi oferă suport tehnic pentru depanarea acestora, in functie de necesităţile producţiei;
- Dacă randamentul procesului este scăzut, determină cauzele care stau la originea defectelor reale, in cazul in care acestea sunt generate de robotii customizati şi ia măsurile ce se impun;
- Realizeaza mentenanta corectiva si preventiva a robotilor;
- Realizeaza diagnostice si intervine pentru remedierea defectiunilor robotilor; minimizeaza timpii de oprire neplanificata (equipment breakdown) a robotilor; raporteaza inginerului de automatizari orice anomalie aparuta in functionarea acestora, pe care nu o poate remedia singur;
- Introduce în baza de date observaţiile şi acţiunile corective/preventive efectuate asupra robotilor si ofera feedback inginerilor de automatizari;
- Schimba informatii cu inginerul de automatizari referitoare la actualizarea programelor de functionare a robotilor, starea lor de functionare si despre stocul de piese de schimb pentru roboti;
- Furnizeaza training formal de operare a robotilor trainerilor si utilizatorilor finali;
- Acorda suport operatorilor pentru insusirea de catre acestia a operatiilor corespunzatoare postului de utilizare a robotilor;
- Respecta regulile de securitate si procedurile de urgenta, respecta Regulamentul Intern si procedurile de lucru privitoare la postul sau;
- Adopta un comportament in conformitate cu valorile companiei, Codului de Conduita si Regulamentului Intern;
