  • Detailed Description:
    Manage Master Data in ERP system to enable operation, business decisions and efficient use of data. Responsible for receiving, analysing, and setting up requested commercial data in ERP system (Material price, terms and conditions). Ensure data is complete for PO execution, business impact is analyzed to meet business objectives, and quality of data setup is verified. Communicate with sites and internal teams to drive resolution for data integrity PO issues. Support the process of maintaining purchasing information working with Commodity Managers and internal teams.Provide training to the new team members on main processes and initiate continuous improvements initiatives. Supporting customer / client experience and meet the KPI. Receive, analyse and setup commercial data into SAP; This include ensuring data is complete for PO execution, business impact is analyzed to meet business objectives, and quality of data setup is verified. Examples of supplier data customer data include price, lead time, MOQ, Incoterm, etc.

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
    • Ability to coordinate the process of maintaining purchasing information working with Commodity Managers and internal teams. Example is performing analysis on existing PIR spend, demand and expiry date to be considered for PIR refresh on existing
    • Ability to communicate with sites and internal teams to drive resolution for data integrity PO issues, commercial data setup issues lead to PO rejection include discrepancy of the price, MOQ, Lead Time, supplier support issue, lead time stretch, etc. Ability to understand the tool usage especially SAP Tcode understanding / functionality.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
    • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
