Position Overview

The Corporate Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director, Corporate Strategy & Chief of Staff, in the development and execution of Celestica’s corporate strategy. This position acts as a strategic support lead for key corporate functions, including Legal and Human Resources, ensuring alignment across business units and facilitating cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to drive the company’s growth and transformation objectives.

 

You will help shape and execute Celestica’s strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide structured problem solving and decision support to senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings consulting-grade analytical skills, strong executive communication, and comfort operating in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director, Corporate Strategy & Chief of Staff, in managing strategic projects, and preparing executive presentations.
  • Lead or support strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, identification of growth opportunities and setting strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with supporting functions to ensure strategic priorities are understood and effectively implemented across the organization.
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders (such as Legal, HR etc.) on priority initiatives that advance Celestica’s corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage executive-level cadences (e.g., strategy reviews, Steering Committee sessions), ensuring clear agendas, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Develop data-driven insights using internal and external data (market, financial, operational) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Explore and leverage AI and advanced analytics for strategy team; Support initiatives to embed AI into enabling functions.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools within strategy work and supporting functions, including identifying use cases, pilots and scaling plans. Define and track outcome metrics for AI initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across business units and corporate functions, acting as a trusted thought partner.
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, leadership meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive leadership and board-level communications.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges and advance corporate initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Champion structured thinking, clear communication, and disciplined execution across the strategy.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as requested by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategic role within a global company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing executive and Board-level materials.
  • Experience supporting legal, HR, or other corporate functions is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear options and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Familiarity with AI in corporate contexts is an asset. Exposure to measuring the impact of AI (setting KPIs, tracking value realization etc.) is a strong asset.

Salary

The salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate. Salary Range: $107,272-$167,195 Annually

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
