We seek a highly effective and self-directed Product Solutions Trainer to empower our sales and channel ecosystem. This role requires advanced expertise in our product portfolio and the ability to translate complex features into clear, actionable training for our sales force and partners. You will own the strategy for training enablement, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance sales and partner capabilities and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate has proven success in designing and managing complex, cross-functional projects, operates with a high degree of judgment and independence, and will be given the autonomy to make decisions necessary to achieve department goals. A key strategic deliverable for this role will be the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of our new Channel Training Certification Program. This program will be critical to ensuring our partners possess the technical acumen and sales confidence required to successfully sell, deploy, and support our cutting-edge technology in high-value markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Certification Program Development & Management
- Design & Launch: Lead the creation of a comprehensive, tiered Channel Training Certification Program (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Solution Engineer, Deployment Specialist).
 - Curriculum Development: Define and map all necessary product, technical, and sales content to certification tracks, ensuring alignment with partner roles and business outcomes.
 - Governance: Establish and manage the program's policies, testing methodology, expiration/renewal requirements, and credential badging.
 - Partner Engagement: Work closely with Channel Sales and Partner Marketing to promote the certification program and ensure high adoption rates across the ecosystem.
 
2. Content Creation and Instructional Design
- Develop a full range of engaging, high-quality training content, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), virtual training (VILT), self-paced eLearning modules, sales playbooks, competitive analysis guides, and lab exercises.
 - Translate highly technical specifications for Enterprise and Data Center hardware and software into clear, business-value-focused sales and technical training.
 - Ensure all training content is updated immediately following product launches, feature updates, and market shifts.
 
3. Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Deliver live, hands-on, and virtual training sessions to channel partner sales, pre-sales, and technical teams globally.
 - Coach and mentor internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective co-trainers for specialized solution areas.
 - Act as the primary technical resource and trainer for major partner sales kickoffs (SKOs) and internal sales enablement events.
 
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Measurement
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to gather source material and ensure training accuracy and messaging consistency.
 - Partner with the Channel Sales leadership to identify top-priority skill gaps and tailor training initiatives to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
 - Track, measure, and report on key training and certification KPIs (e.g., certification completion rates, partner capability scores, correlation to partner revenue), continuously optimizing programs for impact.
 
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.), Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
 - 5+ years of experience in Product Training, Technical Enablement, or Solutions Engineering within the technology sector.
 - Deep, demonstrable technical understanding of the Enterprise and Data Center industry, including expertise in at least two of the following: server technology, data storage, virtualization, cloud architecture, high-performance computing (HPC), or networking.
 - Proven experience designing, launching, and managing successful Channel Partner Certification Programs.
 - Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences (sales and technical).
 - Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
 - Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) for partner events and training delivery.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Channel Manager or in a partner-facing role.
 - Degree or professional training/instructional design certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
 - Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and gamification techniques for technical content.
 - Experience in a high-growth environment, adapting quickly to evolving product roadmaps.
 
Physical Demands:
- The duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
 - Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
 - Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
 
Typical Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
 
Salary Expectations and Benefit Summary:
The salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate. Annual Salary: $100,000 - $140,000.
