Summary

Responsible for ensuring processing accuracy in the system at all times. Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions.  Provides RMA’s and status of RMA’s.  May take orders by telephone and other correspondence from customers or representatives. The ability to support any department as needed.

Detailed Description

  • Interacts with internal and external customers via telephone and or e-mail

  • Work with others as a team and/or independently on accurately process material.

  • Interpret documentation and system information to ensure accurate disbursement of materials.

  • Verify accuracy of materials processed using supporting documentation and file necessary documentation.

  • Create, process and provide status of RMA’s

  • Investigate problems to find resolution

  • Generation of invoicing

  • Running monthly reports

  • Setup and maintain customer profile

  • Processing of RTC and Scrap

  • Distribution of invoice

  • Provides on the job training to lower level employees and resolves problems utilizing knowledge of operations.

  • Assist with creation and documentation of area procedures and work instructions.

  • Able to perform well in a fast paced operation.

  • Support all areas of department as needed

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Skill in computers and good math skills.

  • Ability to communicate in a professional, courteous, and businesslike manner at all times.

  • Ensure housekeeping in work area.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations.

  • Ability to lead in area operation improvements.

  • Knowledge of record keeping practices.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Typical Experience

  • 4-7 years related experience.

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
