Summary
The Specialist, IT Solutions will engage with site business functions to identify and advocate business process improvement opportunities through the use of IT solutions. Collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements, and work with various IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Provide support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP and local applications). Participate in IT projects in various capacities, including project coordination and management.
Detailed Description
Business Alignment: Partner with business units to identify, advocate for, and implement IT-driven process enhancements.
Solution Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop, and deploy robust technical solutions.
Technical Execution: Own the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, and final deployment.
System Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot system issues, determine root causes, and execute corrective actions for shop floor and ERP applications.
Architecture & Strategy: Provide architectural guidance and ensure solution strategies align with stakeholder goals across SCM, Ops, and Manufacturing.
Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring adhere`w1nce to governance models and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation (including process flowcharts) and conduct end-user training to ensure high system adoption.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure), SAP/ABAP, and ERP/SCM systems.
Development Skills: Competency in programming languages such as .NET and JavaScript, with a strong grasp of A2A and B2B integration.
Project Management: Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute complex tasks within an SDLC framework.
Analytical Thinking: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Industry Expertise: Familiarity with electronic manufacturing environments, materials management, and shop floor control processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, backed by a strong customer-service mindset.
Typical Experience
Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT solutions, business analysis, or similar technical roles.
Typical Education

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience).
