This isn't a data-entry role; the Senior Financial Analyst serves as a Strategic Business Advisor for the Senai site, directly influencing cost productivity and profitable growth. This position moves beyond standard reporting to drive the digital evolution of financial insights through innovation and process automation.
In this role, the analyst bridges the gap between site-level P&L performance and operational excellence. The focus is on moving beyond "the numbers" to provide actionable recommendations that steer the business toward its financial goals.

This an opportunity to join a highly skilled Team where the scope of work is both varied and challenging, as the site serves diverse markets spanning semiconductor, smart energy, as well as industrial customers, but also developing as a Centre of Excellence for Healthtech products.

Key Responsibilities (Strategic Focus)

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Orchestrates the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to ensure accurate financial roadmaps.
  • Business Partnership: Acts as a strategic partner to the operations team, proactively identifying and validating cost-productivity improvements.
  • Asset & Compliance Stewardship: Manages inventory integrity through cycle counts and physical audits, while ensuring strict adherence to corporate accounting standards.
  • Financial Control: Performs month-end closing, weekly cost tracking, and critical balance sheet reconciliations to maintain total data transparency.
  • Digital Innovation: Champions a critical thinking mindset to simplify taks and drive process automation across the finance function

Requirements

What We Are Looking For (The "Must-Haves"):

  • Experienced Manufacturing Professional: Candidates must possess 3–5 years of relevant finance experience, with a mandatory background in manufacturing environments and familiarity with MNC cultures.
  • Technical Financial Experience: experience in FP&A, costing, plant variance, and/or managerial accounting is essential, 
  • ERP & Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP is highly valued, combined with the analytical skills to provide proactive recommendations based on detailed data.

Work Location:  Lot 1, Airport Logistics Park, Senai International Airport, 81250 Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Days / Hours: 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
