Candidates should have a minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Candidates must be able to read/write in English and with frequent spoken English.

University degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education.

In-depth knowledge Required:

1. The ICT(Information and Communication Technology) system design engineering process, manufacturing process, and supply chain process.

2. Business associated with manufacturing PCBs, mechanicals, and thermal materials (Fan/Heatsink)

3. Product pricing, contracts and contract negotiations.

4. Business case and risks.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills.

2. Good presentation, database management and computer skills.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

4. Leadership skill, effectively leads and motivates a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.

5. POR(schedule, budget and cost) management and Change management skill.

6. Risk management. (Risk identification, mitigation skill)

 Additional qualifications desired:

Good fundamentals in Electrical systems

Hands-on development experience in electronics products or systems. 

Working experience in R&D or product development organizations.

PMI PMP certification, or Agile/Scrum Master Certification
