Summary
As a senior power design engineer, you will be part of an exciting team developing, delivering products for server/storage/networking. Your main responsibilities are lead power design of products and serving customers. Welcome people with a spirit of exploration and innovation to join the team.
Detailed Description
- Server/Storage/Networking product power architecture innovation and design.
- On board DC/DC power innovation and design
- Support PSU debug and supplier management
- Optimize power design guide processes and solutions
- Optimization and Management of Design BOM
- Training team - Communicate with customers and solve problems for customers and other teams - Assist the production line to solve all the problems in the production process
- Assist in solving problems related to mass-produced products Responsibility
- High quality, on-time delivery of products - Design competitive products such as good features and prices
- Develop a roadmap for power solution and manage power supply suppliers with source team - Design system power tree and schematic
- Support Layout team to complete placement and routing
- Develop test plan for customers
- Support project team to debug
- Support project automation design and test development
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 8 years of experience in electronics design, prefer to Server, storage, networking system power design
- Understanding of analog electronics
- Experience in Hotswap, Buck, efuse power design
Physical Demands
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Typical Experience
- 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry.
Typical Education
Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
