Detailed Description:
We are currently seeking a Supplier Audit Coordinator – Global Supplier Quality (GSQ) working in the Celestica Global Quality organization responsible for Owning and coordinating Celestica Business Segments in delivering world class Supplier Audits globally.
Responsibilities:

Schedule risk-based audits working with auditors across GSQ (Global Supplier Quality), SQE (Supplier Quality Engineers) and GCE (Global Commodity Engineers) including 2 year forward planning.

Define Business Segment auditor qualification requirements and assigning only qualified Celestica associates to perform these audits.

Manage and maintain Global Auditor Register.

Maintain audit records, and associated audit milestones into the ETQ Audit Module and Excel based Global Audit Dashboard.

Ensure Supplier Audit program is on time to schedule.

Implement transformational improvements to the Audit Process by transferring functional Excel based enhancements into new releases of the ETQ Module.

Continuous development of Audit Checklists, applying industry best practices across all Celestica Business Segments.

Ownership and delivery of Global Audit Metrics & KPI’s. Includes highlighting significant and major findings used by management, example: MOR (Monthly Operation Reviews).

Training of applicable Celestica associates in the Celestica Supplier Assessment and Auditor Qualification processes. Includes maintaining certification and training artifacts.

Tracking and follow-up of closure for audit Corrective Action.

May be required to perform critical Supplier Audits at the request of GSQE Team.
Education & Training:
-
B.S in an Engineering or Technical Field preferred.

Lead Auditor Certification.
Desired Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier/Commodity Engineering or related technical function.

Hand-on experience performing Supplier Audits, Lead Auditor training and certification preferred.

Lean Six Sigma trained, Six Sigma Green Belt preferre

Familiarity with two or more industries Governing Body audit requirements, (Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Industrial, Automotive, PCBA)

Understanding of the Audit Role in the Supplier Qualification Process.

Strong Microsoft Office skills with ability to conduct complex data analysis, detailed status charts, reports and presentations. Data automation skills highly desire

Motivated to Continually Improve process through the automation of data logging and data reporting that drive positive results. ETQ Data Export Analysis Experience a Plus.

Requires minimum of Intermediate MS Excel skill level, advanced MS Excel skill level backed by training preferred.
Travel:
• Up to 25% regional and international travel
