Job Description

  • Lead a team for real-time problem analysis and solution implementation in manufacturing.
  • Resolve system, network, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with customers for new testers setup, project launches, and technical updates.
  • Manage existing lines, testers, equipment, and automation projects, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain spare parts, conduct periodic reviews, and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and support.
  • Support internal and customer audits, actively contribute to Kaizen projects and new automation implementations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Automation, Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in top-level assembly manufacturing; 10+ years for diploma holders.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving in a safety-conscious manner.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, Python, and programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience in PLC, automation, project leadership, and working closely with customers and vendors is a must-have.

  • Working Days / Hours: 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
