Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develops timelines, plan guidance and plan assumptions.
  • Works with business partners to perform gap analysis on the raw materials saving forecast and drive material savings opportunity  
  • Analyses business and financial data especially on materials, purchase orders and inventory details for planning, forecasting and provide insights for management decision making
  • Prepares monthly financial reporting packages including forecasts, results and financial and operational metrics.
  • Identifies continuous Improvement opportunities included but not limited to working capital improvement, process re-engineering and services excellence
  • Supports on the quarter and annual forecast on the materials cost saving
  • Assists to work on functional design, current and future state flows, testing approach for any process re-engineering initiatives
  • Assists on change management for technology initiatives and process transformation on the Supply Chain Organization.
  • Completes special projects involving the analysis of financial information related to inventory, costs, headcount, profit maximization, expense targets both within finance or as member of a cross functional or customer team.
  • Handles ad-hoc business requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other related subjects.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing service industry and MNC.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong data sense and able to deal with large quantity of data with high accuracy
  • Requires on supporting month end and quarter end closing activities with tight timeline
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills  and sense of responsibilities as well as a good team player
  • Ability to recommend accounting process changes based on intimate knowledge of accounting processes, policies and procedures
  • Ability to bridge between actual, plan and forecast, analyzing mix impacts and summarizing in management reports.
  • Provides recommendations based on interpretation of results.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint with knowledge in SAP, Microsoft PowerBI or Rapid Response would be a definite advantage
