Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, "can-do" professional to serve as the backbone of our global marketing and event operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in managing logistics, from the high-level coordination of international trade shows to the essentials of tracking shipments and managing vendor contracts. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, brand and global communications team, ensuring that our tradeshows and events run smoothly and our internal processes remain seamless.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a high volume of processes and event and tradeshow logistics.
Detailed Description

Play a key role in the end-to-end logistics for a high volume of tradeshows including material coordination, global shipping, and real-time tracking for all deliveries.

Coordinate logistics for internal and external events such as catering, shipping and signage.

Attend select trade shows and events to manage operations and ensure a high impact experience.

Manage full vendor processes from onboarding and contract execution in Ivalua to invoice management in SAP for a high volume of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors.

Update marketing resources on Celestica’s intranet including quarterly updates and sales and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to order, manage and distribute company branded merchandise for various events and marketing programs.
- Support the brand and logo items program by managing the online store, restocks and catalogue.

Support broader brand and marketing initiatives.

Salary
The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

Salary Range: $74,310-$103,767
Typical Experience
- A university degree or college diploma, or the equivalent in working experience as a seasoned administrative professional or coordinator for international events or tradeshows.
Typical Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
