About this opportunity:
The Customer Data Student Intern will have the opportunity to work within our global team to support processing, maintaining and managing customer and product data. The intern in this role will also build relationships with our external customers and strive to meet customer needs.

Activities:

Receive, review and understand product data packages from our external customers.

Complete bill of material, component and assembly data set up within Celestica's internal databases to enable material procurement and manufacturing.

Communicate with external customers to resolve missing and/or inaccurate data.

Work is guided by detailed instructions, routine, procedure and under close supervision. Will receive detailed instructions on all work assignments.

Work autonomously once proficiency in the tasks is achieved.

Opportunity on more complex duties and projects as proficiency is gained.

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
