About this opportunity:

The Customer Material Pricing Analyst Student Intern will have the opportunity to work within our global team to support processing, maintaining and managing customer and product data. The intern in this role will also build relationships with our external customers and strive to meet customer needs.

Activities: 

• Receive, review and understand product data packages from our external customers.
• Complete bill of material, component and assembly data set up within Celestica's internal databases to enable material procurement and manufacturing.
• Communicate with external customers to resolve missing and/or inaccurate data.
• Work is guided by detailed instructions, routine, procedure and under close supervision. Will receive detailed instructions on all work assignments.  
• Work autonomously once proficiency in the tasks is achieved.
• Opportunity on more complex duties and projects as proficiency is gained.  
• Opportunity to gain global and supply chain experience within a diverse industry environment.

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Salary

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non-negotiable as per company policy.

Hourly Wage: $23-30 CAD/hr
