This role is a mix of HR Generalist and administrative support. If you are eager, willing to learn and creative, your opportunity to assist with interesting HR projects will be endless.

Activities:

  • Support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) at various levels
  • Collaborate with all functions of the organization
  • Provide continuous improvement to existing processes and procedures
  • Organize and prepare training sessions that support further employee learning and development
  • Participate in end to end recruitment process (ie. screening, interviewing, hiring, background checks,  onboarding)
  • Event planning coordination (recruitment fairs, grad programs, intern orientation, Spirit Week activities)
  • Run weekly reports to send out to HRBPs

Education: Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies.This role is ideal for students who enrolled in a Human Resources/ Business/ Labour Studies program.
