About this opportunity:
Performs duties in line with specific areas of study. Incumbent is attending a formal University or College Internship program from a recognized University or College. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Learning and Development (L&D), the role primarily involves developing, implementing, and managing employee training and talent programs. Involvement in Strategy Planning roadmaps, creating Programs and Content, continuous improvements, support and administration
Preferred Skills:

Enrolled in a formal University or college Internship program.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & Slides

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Strong presentation skills

Ability to multitask

Have some project management / supply chain experience / understanding preferred, but not required
Activities:

Help to support Learning and Development Needs Analysis, identify gaps and needs for training

Support Content creation and program design – online, job aids

Help in facilitation of Training in person and online

Use the Learning Management Systems to onboarding of new & existing employees in the

Run, weekly and monthly reports of training completion, track and follow up on incompletion of training

Data validation

Review documents work with subject matter experts on updates
Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Salary
The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.
The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non-negotiable as per company policy.
Hourly Wage: $22.50-25.50 CAD/hr
