Detailed Description

In this role, the Talent Acqusition Intern will be the bridge between our company and the next generation of talent across Canada and the US. You will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from the first outreach to a university to the moment an intern joins our team. If you are passionate about people, logistics, and building communities, this is the place for you.

 

Activities:

  • Campus Recruitment Support: Partner with the North America Campus Team to execute recruitment strategies across Canada and the U.S.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage your own portfolio of internship roles, from the initial posting to the final offer.

  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Lead intake meetings to understand department needs and define candidate profiles.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Create engaging job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate panel schedules.

  • Campus Presence: Attend and help facilitate career events at various post-secondary institutions across Ontario.

  • School Relations: Act as a point of contact for partnered schools to maintain strong talent pipelines.

  • Reporting & Ad Hoc Support: Manage recruitment data, provide weekly status reports, and assist with special talent projects as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
  • Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
  • Basic manufacturing system knowledge.

Salary

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

 

The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non-negotiable as per company policy.

 

Hourly Wage: $22.50-25.50 CAD/hr
