Resumen

Multinacional líder en el sector de la fabricación electrónica, ubicada en la La Pobla de Vallbona, busca incorporar una persona al equipo de Ingenería con perfil administrativo para la gestión y el soporte de diversas tareas relacionadas con compras, proveedores, pedidos, así como el aprovisionamiento y servicios en planta. La persona que se incorpore debe aportar experiencia en el manejo de SAP o equivalente. 

Funciones

Las actividades principales serían:

- Gestión de Pedidos en SAP

- Gestiones de Ofertas y Proveedores (preparación y seguimientos de licitaciones)

- Tareas administrativas y operativas del área de Instalaciones (seguridad, prevención, limpieza, mantenimiento), entre ellas:

  • Coordinar o dar instrucciones a subcontratas de limpieza y mantenimiento
  • Toma de datos en oficinas o fábrica para solicitar presupuestos dentro de la gestión de compras
  • Colocación cartelería informativa de avisos y planes de Seguridad

- Soporte al equipo de Ingeniería

Experiencia

- Mínimo un año en puesto similar desarrollando las tareas descritas.

Formación

- FP Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas o similiar.

- Sin Estudios de FP Administración pero con, al menos,  2 años en puesto similar.
