Summary

The Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers products.

Detailed Description

  • Design line layout for machine, production lines or warehouse follow requirements:
    • Optimized Process flow, distance
    • Optimized space utilization
    • Follow capacity planning
  • Review and revise layout according to requirement changes
  • Work with the capacity team on the site industrial strategy:
    • Provide the layout for industrial planning by project
    • Provide preliminary layout for site by:
      • 6 months
      • 1 year = AOP
      • 3 years = Strategy plan
  • Provide space allocation report for space plan analysis

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Typical Experience

  • Above 5 years of working experience for industrial engineer works
  • Good communication in English (Reading/ writing and speaking)
  • High skilled for AutoCad software 

Typical Education

  • Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields
